Richardson still pulls cable out of old telecom floors

Richardson’s telecom corridor has spent years refreshing buildings that once held switching gear. Authorized pulls produce copper cable, ladder rack, and raised-floor junk. Unauthorized “found” cable is not a lead we will pass on.

The brick ranches south of Arapaho and around the older grid are household work: copper repipes, a furnace, and a car that has sat since a commute got replaced by remote work. Those are Saturday driveway loads. Say so, because a commercial night dock and a Saturday driveway are not the same route.
