Carrollton’s old warehouse bays and its houses scrap differently

Carrollton still has low industrial buildings whose tenants leave racking, conduit, and steel dock gear. Many of those bays are being rethought, which means a cleanout with a landlord watching the clock. Photograph the racking uprights so a yard knows if they are bolted to the slab.

The neighborhoods, including the streets that grew up with those warehouses, are established. Remodels yield copper and appliances, not builder cutoffs. Junk cars hide behind fences on lots that look too small for a rollback until you see the alley.
